The Los Angeles Trail

The Los Angeles Trail is a multiplayer, cooperative trait-based card game in which you and your friends must challenge all manner of obstacles to reach Los Angeles at the end of your journey.

Sometime in the late 20th century, the first Titans were created. Powered by small nuclear plants within their cores, they lived alongside humanity and aided them with their great strength, intelligence, and charisma. But as more Titans were manufactured, concerns about their strength and autonomy were raised in human society, with many people worried that they could turn on humanity any day. This concern soon grew into anger, and scared citizens began to treat Titans poorly to force them into exile.

Eventually, a group of humans managed to destroy a single Titan’s core, resulting in a chain reaction of nuclear explosions that devastated most of the world. Humans caught within the blast radius of the explosions became half-dead husks, while people exposed to too much radiation became hulking, mutated brutes. In the aftermath, only an endless desert remained.

The survivors, both human and Titan, only desire peace and sanctuary at the end of the world, and fortunately, a rumor of such a sanctuary has recently surfaced. You and your gang of survivors must face many obstacles on your journey to the rebuilt city of Los Angeles, but success means freedom from the chaos outside its walls.
